How to Apply

1st Year Student Admission

  • Students applying for their first year of study should follow these steps:
    Obtain an Application Form—Available online or at the Admissions Office.
  • Submit Required Documents—Certified copies of academic transcripts, national examination results, identification, and recommendation letters.
  • Meet Entry Requirements—Applicants must satisfy minimum qualifications as outlined by the Zambia Qualifications Framework (ZQF) and the Higher Education Authority.
  • Application Review—The Admissions Committee evaluates academic readiness and alignment with the college’s values.
  • Admission Decision—Successful applicants receive an official admission letter with enrollment instructions.

Graduate Student Admission

  • For students pursuing postgraduate or advanced studies:
    Eligibility – Applicants must hold a recognized undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Application Form – Complete the graduate application form, available online or at the Graduate Studies Office.
  • Supporting Documents – Submit certified transcripts, degree certificates, a personal statement, and at least two academic/professional references.
  • Evaluation – Applications are reviewed for academic merit, research potential, and alignment with Chasefu’s mission.
  • Notification—Successful candidates are issued admission letters and guided through registration.

Transfer Student Admission

Students transferring from other accredited institutions are welcome to continue their studies at Chasefu University College:

  • Credit Evaluation—The Admissions Committee assesses transferable credits to ensure compliance with ZQF standards.
