How to Apply
1st Year Student Admission
- Students applying for their first year of study should follow these steps:
Obtain an Application Form—Available online or at the Admissions Office. - Submit Required Documents—Certified copies of academic transcripts, national examination results, identification, and recommendation letters.
- Meet Entry Requirements—Applicants must satisfy minimum qualifications as outlined by the Zambia Qualifications Framework (ZQF) and the Higher Education Authority.

- Admission Decision—Successful applicants receive an official admission letter with enrollment instructions.
Graduate Student Admission
- For students pursuing postgraduate or advanced studies:
Eligibility – Applicants must hold a recognized undergraduate degree in a relevant field. - Application Form – Complete the graduate application form, available online or at the Graduate Studies Office.
- Supporting Documents – Submit certified transcripts, degree certificates, a personal statement, and at least two academic/professional references.

Transfer Student Admission
Students transferring from other accredited institutions are welcome to continue their studies at Chasefu University College:
