Chasefu University College (CUC) provides flexible entry points for prospective students through both full-time and distance learning programs. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications in accordance with the following schedules:

Full-Time Programs

• January Intake (Annually):
  Applications for full-time study are accepted for the January intake each year. This serves as the primary entry point for students enrolling in on-campus programs.

Distance Learning Programs

• April Intake
• August Intake
• December Intake

Applications for distance learning programs are accepted three times annually, providing multiple opportunities for students to begin their studies while balancing other commitments.

• Applicants are advised to submit their applications well in advance of the stated intake periods to allow sufficient time for processing and confirmation.
• All applications must be accompanied by the required supporting documents and proof of payment of the prescribed application processing fee.
• Admission decisions and registration details will be communicated directly to successful applicants prior to the commencement of each intake.

1. Online Application

• Visit the official CUC Online Application Portal.
• Complete the application form by providing accurate personal, academic, and program-specific information.
• Upload all required supporting documents, including academic transcripts, identification documents, and any additional certificates.
• Attach proof of payment of the prescribed application processing fee.
• Submit the application electronically and retain a copy of the confirmation for your records.

2. PDF Application Form

• Download the official CUC Application Form (PDF) from the College’s website.
• Print and carefully complete the form, ensuring all sections are filled in accurately.
• Attach all required supporting documents, including certified copies of academic qualifications, identification documents, and other relevant certificates.
• Include proof of payment of the prescribed application processing fee.
• Submit the completed application package either by hand delivery to the College Admissions Office or by sending it through the designated postal/email channels provided by the College.

3. Required Documents

Applicants are expected to attach the following:

• National Registration Card (NRC) or equivalent identification.
